CHALLENGE

Redesign different packaging labels ranging from ice cream tubs to sardine jars. They should show a more playful side of Wildflour and stand out if put in a grocery aisle with other brands, highlighting our organic and premium products.

SOLUTION

With each packaging, I wanted to express tactile and hand-drawn elements in both illustration and interaction, using tick boxes and blank labels to be hand-written later, and to also maximize its usability for other products. Most of the illustrations were based on physical features of the Wildflour restaurants, from floor tiles to ceiling installations that bring out the character of their spaces.

Overall the aim was to focus on the comfortability of their traditionally made pastries and food, bringing out a vintage flair to the Titas of Manila's go-to restaurant. Although not all my designs ended up being used, I'm very proud of the large body of work I made for this project.
